Mark Clark Batavia Bulldogs Boosters I just wanted to get back to you on how our fundraiser went for my daughters fourth grade class. In the past they have done fundraisers to raise money for a yearly trip down to Springfield IL to educate the kids on the history of Illinois and our State Government. With the school districts push for healthy eating, they were unable to do the typical ice cream and popcorn sales. With introducing the BRAX SpiritCups to the school, there was new hope for the kids to raise money to subsidize the cost of the trip for the parents. Everyone is watching what they spend these days. With 90 plus kids involved, we doubled the amount they have typically raised for this trip with about half the effort. BRAX makes this a very easy and enjoyable fundraiser for everybody. We are starting to get repeat orders and are looking forward to doing our own school cup to be launched in the fall. Thanks again for your help and the people at BRAX have been great to work with.

My name is Amy Kirchman and I am the President of the PTA for Lucy Addison Middle School in Roanoke Virginia. Our Motto is "Still a Class Act from the Past into the Future". We started selling the SpiritCups and once people saw what they looked like the sales starting going thru the roof. I am on my second sheet of sales. I have 75 orders on one sheet and my 2nd sheet is steady filling up. I have had people buying 5 and 6 orders at a time. I have one lady on my order sheet that has order $108.00 worth of cups!! Most of the people have ordered $24.00 or more. This is one our greatest fundraisers yet!! Once people see what the cups look like they just start buying. Way to go BRAX!!! And the best part is we make a great profit off of selling these cups also. BRAX in our book is the NO.1 Seller for Fundraiser during this time of Year!!!!

Lisa Lundy Fort Mill Middle School When we first introduced SpiritCups to our Fort Mill Middle School Booster Club participants, our biggest concern was to raise enough money to purchase football uniforms for our 7th and 8th grade football teams. In this down economy, the budgets for school sports (especially middle school) were being slashed, leaving little to no $ to cover the expense. Once we sold the cups, we not only raised the money for football uniforms, but also had enough to provide key $ for uniforms and/or equipment for volleyball, cheerleading and basketball. This fundraising program was so successful for us, that we reintroduced it again during spring sports and again raised enough $ for much needed spring sport equipment. In all this school year we have raised $5000. Thank you for providing such an "easy to sell" option for fundraising!! As a side note, our local school board is now cutting middle school sports altogether (starting 2010-2011 school year). Because of our success with your program, we have proven that a booster club can raise $5000 without even trying hard. With this program and a few other fundraising efforts, we are arguing that we (as a Booster Club) can fully support middle school sports with sustained fees and fundraising activities. Your program will now not only help support much needed uniforms/equipment, but will help keep a sports program alive!

Our fundraisers had been falling short of our financial needs the past few years. We knew we had to find a product our families would get excited about and sell. Our PTA fundraising chair was introduced to BRAX SpiritCups and proposed that we sell them this year. Our board members were immediately excited at the idea. We shared the idea with staff members and they agreed these would be popular with our students and their families. The selection was enormous, all the MLB teams, all the NFL teams, over 80 colleges and the military branches, there was something for everybody. People were quickly impressed with the appealing designs and that the sturdy cups were dishwasher safe!

Our sales rep, John, was with us every step of the way. He explained to us how to have a successful sale and answered all our questions. At first, we were a little skeptical. Our recent track record with fundraisers wasn't too good, but John assured us we could reach our goals with this product. We have about 400 students in our school. We decided on a goal of selling 1,000 sets of cups. We were thrilled and delighted when at the end of the sales period we sold over 1,800 sets! We not only reached our financial goal, we surpassed it by $5,000! We cannot thank BRAX SpiritCups enough for what their product did for our PTA's ability to serve our students.

Each individual girl on our team does this to get money raised for travel expenses. We have girls that sell hundreds of dollars of cups each season. My husband takes the brochure to work with him and drives around on his forklift with the sample cup. He sells a lot and people love the cups. Please continue to change the cups up because people love that. We have repeat customers each season. I now have my own personal collection of brax cups in the NFL & MLB catagories. Parents who sold cups and already had their fees paid we asked them if their money could go to a kid who's fee was not paid and they were more than happy to do so. Our organization strives to provide a structured activity to keep the kids focused, to teach them the game, how to interact together and what sportsmanship is all about. Although we did not sell an enormous amount of cups what was sold did help a number of kids whose family would not have been able to pay for them to participate.

We received a sample cup in the mail and knew right away this is what we were going to do. I contacted your company with all of our questions and what we would make off of each set sold, $4 per set return was the best return I had come across while researching. Within 4 days we had our brochures and were ready to get started. All of our parents and players were excited to sell them. We spent about 3-4 weeks selling and then placed our master order. As I was handing out my orders I was still being asked from people if they could order. It made me want to start another fundraiser. In 2008, Marcy / Deerfield has gone through a change of all board members, except 1.. It was a year of "change" and some new ideas.. One of the challenges was "driving more income" into the Association through fundraising.. The Association had a lot of great ideas but, being the first year, the "incoming board" had to choose and pick which programs would be the best and easiest to manage, during all the changes.

I have to tell you, the SpiritCups fundraiser by BRAX is a great program that all associations to be involved with.. Not only is it an easy way to raise funds for the Association, but you get to deal with a professional company and staff that supports you through the entire process.. From my initial contact with BRAX, to the immediate follow-up, to the great customer service, to the 1 day response time to any of my emails, to the quick delivery of samples and order form, to the great product that all parents/children in the association love, etc, etc .. Although our Association has dealt with BRAX in the past, for the first year of me dealing with BRAX SpiritCups, I would highly recommend everyone's involvement with this GREAT fundraising concept..

I am more than impressed with the SpiritCups fundraiser. I have parents on the team who refuse to participate in any form of fundraising at all, yet when I introduced this to them, I couldn't get enough positive feedback and every kid on the team participated and hit the numbers we asked them to. 

I had to wait on a few straggling parents money and order forms, so the master order form got sent in much later than we were planning, so the kids and parents started getting frustrated that the cups weren't here yet. Not only did the head office do everything to make my order go through quickly, they sped up everything all together just to accommodate our team. I asked if anything could be done to speed things up, and not only were they sped up, they arrived in a week. I could not be more impressed by this and tell everyone that I know about this fundraiser. Not only is it an amazing idea, but so organized on your end, which makes it that much better.

However, because of how nice they were, the board agreed to go ahead with the sale, but set the minimum required sale per family very low. I'm pleased to report that even with the cautious, low minimums we set, our league was able to make over $3000 in profits, which provided a new batting cage and a few other luxuries for us. The highest seller, who won a custom made baseball hoodie, sold 50 sets himself. Best yet, instead of complaints, the overwhelming majority of parents complimented us on the great fundraising idea. I cannot say enough good about this company. The quality of the cups is superior; they look like new even after several runs in the dishwasher and daily use (my original set is from 3 years ago). It was easy for me to pitch BRAX SpiritCups to our board. The sample cups are a big plus in selling to families that don't know about the company. The cups sell themselves. We even had a contest for the winning team in each division and an overall winner in the league. The outcome was so much more than we expected. We are extremely happy with the fundraiser overall. I do have to say that BRAX has the best customer service out there. Dear BRAX, I just wanted to send you a thank you letter from the entire 2008 OC Crush 10-u team. We have been working really hard this year preparing for the 2008 10-u softball season and our goal was to somehow qualify and attend the 2008 NSA 10-u class B World Series in Peoria, Ill. Our hard work paid off and we qualified in June winning a local qualifier. Our team has done several different fundraisers (concessions, car wash, garage sale, corporate sponsors, BRAX cups) but none of them was as successful as the BRAX cups. Our team of 12 players sold 600 sets in 4 weeks. The orders were placed and we delivered them to all of our friends and family just last weekend. What a great fundraiser for all organizations' to take advantage of. Burkett R. Carver The First Tee of Albany I must admit to being somewhat skeptical about the idea of presenting the SpiritCups Fundraising project to our Board of Directors in July. However, the Board liked the concept and felt we should give it our best collective effort. So, we got started. Board members have been equipped with brochures and a couple of their "preferred" college or pro team logo'd cups. Each accepted the challenge of selling 500 cups which will result in 10,500 cups sold (AND $10,500 in operating income) for The First Tee of Albany. Early result feedback indicates that customers love the look and quality of the cups and are enthusiastic about doing something to support The First Tee mission in our community. It's an easy sell !!!.We look forward to expanding the scope of this project in the future, perhaps involving parents of our participants and most of our volunteers.
